• Is your jewelry real sterling silver?
  Yes! All of the jewelry at CPPC is made with sterling silver hardware and beads. All pieces feature sterling silver Navajo-style (machine-made) pearls and some authentic Native made pearls. Each product description notes details when applicable.

• Are your pearls Native-made or machine-made?
  I offer a mix of both. Some vendors provide authentic Native-made pearls, while others are sterling silver machine-made. This allows me to provide quality jewelry at a good price!

• Do you handmake your jewelry?
  All beaded pieces are hand-strung by me, with care and attention to detail. Each piece is unique and made to last. Metalwork pieces I have found at antique stores or from Native American artisans through my wholesalers, so they are not made by me.

• Do you sell vintage or antique jewelry? Or Native made jewelry?
  Yes! I carry select vintage and antique pieces sourced from antique shops. These items are stamped and marked 925 unless stated otherwise. I carry a select few Native made pieces and will add that in the descriptions.

• How long does processing and shipping take?
  Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and shipping. Many pieces are made to order, and I want to make sure everything is perfect before it ships. I am also a one woman show with two other jobs who loves to travel!

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?
  Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our items, I do not offer refunds. However, I may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis for returns—please reach out if there’s an issue with your order.

• How should I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
  I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, avoiding water and chemicals, and using a silver polishing cloth to keep your pieces shining.

• Will my jewelry tarnish?
  Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, especially with wear. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help keep your jewelry looking its best. The patina will rub off but it will not turn your skin green.

  Custom orders and sizing availability may vary. Feel free to contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help!
