SHOP POLICIES
SHIPPING:
- It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure the correct address is listed and used when placing an order, if an address change is needed there will be an extra charge and if not paid I will send the order to the address that is listed, or not send it at all
- If possible, expedited processing and shipping is available for additonal charge/s
- Shipping and processing time is 2-4 weeks or 14-28 business days
- Once I ship a package it is OUT OF MY CONTROL what happens next. I am NOT responsible for missing, stolen, lost or delayed packages, please take that up with the postal service
- Tracking number is sent via email when item is shipped (please check before messaging)

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- There are no refunds.
- If the piece is broken on arrival I am willing to fix it and pay for shipping both ways (I will be checking delivery date)
- Returns are only allowed for 7 days after arrival of package
- If return is warranted it is only for store credit or pieces of equal or lesser value
- Sale items, custom orders, and all metal work are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds
- Jewelry should be handled with care, I am not responsible for damaged jewelry that has been improperly cared for

MISC.
- I offer restringing services, customer pays shipping both ways
- When ordering a custom piece, I take 50% of the estimated price upfront with the same turn around time as other orders and rest of payment before shipping
- Natural stones may vary in color, tones, pattern and matrix, that is what makes each piece unique
​- The personal information you use on my website is used solely to process orders and communicate with customers. I do not sell or share your information with third parties
- Cowpoke Pearl Co reserves the right to update policies, pricing, product availability and refuse service at any time without notice
